All week, our leadership team has been answering one question.
What’s new at E2M in 2026?
Today, we’re excited to share the answer.
Joining Forces with DOT & Company
We’re proud to announce that E2M has acquired DOT & Company, a best-in-class provider of fractional client account management services for digital agencies.
If you’ve spent any time in the agency world, you know that client account management is one of the hardest roles to get right. Many agency owners end up doing it themselves or stretching team members too thin. The result is burnout, inconsistent client experiences, and a ceiling on growth that is difficult to break through.
DOT & Company was built to solve that problem.
Why DOT & Company
Since founding the company in May 2018, Taylor McMaster and her team have spent more than seven years setting the standard for fractional account management. They’ve built a proven model, a world-class team, and a reputation for delivering exceptional client experiences inside growing digital agencies.
I’ve known Taylor for several years, and I’ve always been inspired by the impact she’s had on our shared industry. From our earliest conversations, it was clear that our values, standards, and long-term vision were deeply aligned.
This partnership felt like a natural fit from day one.
A Natural Extension of E2M’s Mission
At E2M, our mission is to help digital agencies grow confidently.
That means removing operational constraints, building scalable systems, and giving agency owners the freedom to focus on growth instead of getting stuck in the weeds.
Great account management is a critical part of that equation.
By joining forces with DOT & Company, we’re expanding our ability to support agencies with senior-level talent in one of the most demanding and important functions inside an agency. Together, we’re building a more complete growth ecosystem for agencies that want to scale profitably and sustainably.
What’s Changing and What’s Not
DOT & Company will continue operating as DOT & Company, by E2M.
Just as importantly, much will stay the same:
- The DOT team remains in place
- The service model remains unchanged
- Pricing, quality, and client relationships remain intact
- DOT’s brand and culture continue forward
Our role is simple. Invest, support, and help elevate what already works.
Taylor will remain closely involved, and I’ll be stepping in as CEO of DOT & Company to help guide the next chapter of growth alongside the incredible team she’s built.
Looking Ahead
This acquisition is an important step forward for E2M Solutions, for DOT & Company, and most importantly, for the agencies we serve.
It reinforces our commitment to being a true growth partner. Not just executing work, but helping agencies build stronger, more scalable businesses.
