Two Ways White Label AI Care
Works for Your Agency
The same coverage protects the AI running your agency and creates a recurring line you can sell to clients.
AI Care for Your Agency
AI Care for Your Clients
Everything Your White Label AI Care Plan Covers
Both plans include the full list. No bronze tier holding back the parts that matter.
- Proactive error-log monitoring so most fixes land before you raise a ticket
- Model deprecation and drift tracking across every provider in your build
- Prompt and configuration maintenance, reviewed as a system rather than patched
- Security and dependency patching applied as releases land
- A monthly health audit with a written report you can forward to your client
- Unlimited bug and blocker tickets, with no hour tracking and no overage invoices
- Integration and API schema checks on every connected platform
- Credential and API key rotation re-wired into the build, usually same day
- Minor config changes: thresholds, model swaps, feature toggles, routing rules
- A named AI Adoption Specialist who owns your tickets from first email to close
If we built it, we keep it running.
One Health Audit Every Month, On Every AI Care Plan
You don’t request it and you don’t pay extra for it. Here’s the pass E2M runs on every covered product.
Tell us about your website needs
End-to-end QA
We re-run the core workflows and compare the output against what we originally delivered. If your proposal generator, support bot, or reporting flow has started behaving differently, this is where it shows up.
Model And Drift Review
Every model in your build gets checked against provider release and deprecation notes. Where a newer model is faster, cheaper, or more accurate, we test it and move you across at no extra cost.
Security And Dependency Patching
Libraries, frameworks, and connected integrations are reviewed against current advisories and patched. This happens as releases land, not whenever someone remembers to look.
Log And Error Review
Thirty days of error logs, read line by line. We're looking for silent failures and recurring patterns, because the problems that matter in AI rarely announce themselves in a single ticket.
Written Report
One page at the end of every month: what we checked, what we changed, and what we're watching next. Forward it to your client with your logo on it.
Turn White Label AI Maintenance Into Recurring Revenue
Your client already paid for the build. The care plan is the part that pays you every month afterward, and it’s the easiest retainer you’ll ever pitch, because you’re selling insurance on something they already depend on.
What We Cover For You:
- AI automations and agentic workflows
- Custom AI agents and assistants
- Client-facing chatbots and support bots
- AI apps, dashboards, and reporting portals
- Knowledge bases and RAG systems
- Content and publishing automations
What Your Agency Gains:
- Predictable monthly revenue on delivered work
- Full control of your pricing and margin
- Stickier retainers and longer client tenure
- A written SLA you can put in a proposal
- No AI engineers to hire or keep busy
- Delivery under your brand, with E2M invisible
If we built it, you can bill for it.
Platform Ecosystem We Support
(AI, Automation & Integrations)
We integrate AI with your existing tech stack, whether for your agency or your clients. We don’t force new software; we make the tools you already use smarter.
Developer and custom integrations covered too: REST and GraphQL APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and internal systems. If we built the connection, we maintain the connection.
Response Times You Can Put in a Client SLA
Every ticket is classified the moment it lands, and the clock starts there. Business hours run Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. Extended coverage is available.
The product is down or the main workflow is dead. Your team can't work around it.
Something significant is broken but the product still runs. There's a workaround.
A feature is behaving oddly. Worth fixing, nobody's blocked.
A small tweak or cosmetic fix with no operational impact.
How to Request AI Support
Send an email. We handle the rest.
Send An Email
Email your AI Adoption Specialist and copy your Account Manager. It gets triaged straight away. No portal to learn, no form to fill in.
Describe The Issue
Tell us the product name, what's happening, when it started, and add a screenshot or error log if you have one. Suggest how urgent it feels and we'll confirm.
We Acknowledge And Triage
You get an acknowledgement with the priority we've assigned and the response time that comes with it. Your AI Adoption Specialist leads it from there.
Resolution And Confirmation
Once it's fixed we send a summary. For Blocker and High tickets we include root cause notes and what we changed so it doesn't happen twice.
What Your E2M AI Care Plan Doesn't Cover
Your care plan keeps what E2M built working. Building something new is a different job, so we scope and quote it separately. That’s what keeps your monthly number steady.
Changes on the vendor's side
- API deprecations from OpenAI, Anthropic, Zapier, HubSpot, and the rest
- Pricing or rate-limit changes on third-party platforms
- Migrations forced by a vendor retiring a model
- Outages at a third-party platform
Anything genuinely new
- New features, integrations, or data sources
- UI redesigns, new pages, or new user roles
- Moving the build to a different platform or provider
- Team training sessions and onboarding workshops
Things you own, not us
- Hosting, domains, SSL, and billing accounts
- API key limits or issues inside your vendor accounts
- Access problems caused by client IT or SSO changes
- Data entry, cleanup, and historical backfills
Rebuilds and re-architecture
- Re-architecting for performance at a new scale
- Moving to a different tech stack
- Building new automation flows from scratch
- Tutorial videos and written documentation

FAQ About Our White Label AI Care Plans
Understanding AI Care Plans
What is an AI care plan?
An AI care plan is a recurring maintenance and support retainer for AI products that are already live. It covers proactive monitoring, bug and blocker fixes, model and prompt updates, integration checks, security patching, and a scheduled health audit. It’s the AI equivalent of a website care plan: hosting keeps a site online, a care plan keeps it working properly. E2M’s AI care plans cover every AI automation, agent, and app we build for your agency, delivered white label under your brand.
Why do AI products need ongoing maintenance?
Because AI degrades without anything breaking. The industry calls it drift. A provider updates a model snapshot and behavior shifts overnight. A platform changes an API schema and a tool call silently returns nothing. Months of quick prompt patches stack into contradictory instructions. A knowledge base goes stale and nobody reindexes it. No error is thrown, so nothing alerts you. Tool-call and schema drift alone accounts for roughly 31% of production AI failures, and teams without monitoring average over four hours just to work out what went wrong.
What's the difference between "AI Care for Your Agency" and "AI Care for Your Clients"?
“AI Care for Your Agency” keeps your own internal automations running: the proposal generators, reporting workflows, and CRM automations your team depends on every day. “AI Care for Your Clients” is a resale line. You sell the care plan under your brand at your price, E2M does the work invisibly, and you add recurring revenue to AI projects you’ve already been paid to build. Most agencies start with one and end up doing both.
What counts as one AI product?
One shipped solution with a defined scope. A chatbot. A set of n8n or Zapier workflows. A custom AI agent. A client reporting dashboard. A deployed AI app. Your Account Manager maps everything we’ve delivered against the plans before you sign anything, so there’s no ambiguity about what’s covered.
How is an AI care plan different from a developer on retainer?
Three things. A developer on retainer bills by the hour, so every fix opens with a conversation about time. They wait for you to report problems instead of watching for them. And they didn’t build it, so the first hours of any ticket go on reading someone else’s work. An AI care plan is a flat fee with unlimited in-scope tickets, includes proactive monitoring and a structured monthly audit, and is delivered by the team that shipped your product in the first place.
What if I have more than five AI products?
We’ll build you a custom plan. Talk to your Account Manager and we’ll scope a flat monthly fee based on how many products you’re running, how complex they are, and the ticket volume we’d realistically expect.
Coverage & Response Times
What's included in an E2M AI care plan?
Unlimited bug and blocker tickets, proactive error-log monitoring, model deprecation and drift tracking, integration and API schema checks, prompt and configuration maintenance, credential and API key rotation, security patching, minor config changes within the original scope, a monthly health audit with a written report, and a named AI Adoption Specialist who owns your tickets end to end.
Are there hour limits?
Not on in-scope work. Bug fixes, blocker resolution, config tweaks, and the monthly audit are unlimited. Anything that’s genuinely new work gets scoped and quoted separately, and that’s exactly what keeps the flat fee flat.
What happens during the monthly health audit?
A five-stage pass on every covered product. We re-run the core workflows and compare output against what we delivered. We check every model against provider release and deprecation notes. We patch libraries, dependencies, and integrations. We read thirty days of error logs line by line. Then you get a one-page written report covering what we checked, what changed, and what we’re watching next month, ready to forward to your client with your logo on it.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Blockers get a first response in 2 to 6 business hours with a 12 to 24 hour resolution target. High priority is 12 to 24 hours to first response. Medium is 1 to 2 business days, Low is 2 to 3. Business hours run Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. If your clients need cover outside that window, ask your Account Manager about extended SLA options.
What if OpenAI or Anthropic retires the model we're running on?
We track release and deprecation notes for every model in your stack and flag the change well before the cutoff. Migrating to a replacement model is scoped and quoted separately, because that’s rebuild work rather than maintenance. What matters is that you’ll never find out about it from a client.
Which AI platforms and tools do you cover?
The same ecosystem we build in: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Meta LLaMA and Mistral; n8n, Zapier, Make and Langflow; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce and Zoho; WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and Webflow; LangChain, LlamaIndex and custom REST or GraphQL APIs; GA4, Looker Studio and Power BI. If your build touches something outside that list, it’s still covered as long as we built it.
Do you cover AI products built by someone else?
Not under the standard plans. Committing to a response time means understanding a build end to end, and we can’t promise that on work we’ve never seen. If you’ve inherited an AI product from another vendor, talk to your Account Manager about a one-time audit. If it’s in reasonable shape, we can usually bring it under coverage afterwards.
Selling AI Care to Clients
Can I white label an AI care plan and resell it?
Yes, and most partners do. AI care is delivered under your brand like everything else E2M does. You control the price and the margin, you own the client relationship, and we stay invisible on every ticket, audit, and report. Your Account Manager can help you package and price it.
How do I pitch this to a client who thinks the project is finished?
Lead with what they can’t see. Their AI is answering questions, firing automations, and touching their CRM every day, and right now nobody is checking whether it still does that correctly. You’re not selling more work, you’re selling the assurance that the thing they already paid for keeps working. Most clients say yes the first time an audit report shows them something they’d never have caught.
Is there real recurring revenue in this?
Yes, and it’s some of the cleanest revenue an agency can add. There’s no new scope to sell, no discovery phase, and no hiring. You’re monetizing work already sitting live in your client accounts, and care retainers renew far more reliably than project work.
Does my team need technical expertise to offer this?
No. That’s the whole point. Your client emails you, you forward it to your specialist, and we handle diagnosis, fix, and write-up. You stay in the relationship without needing anyone on your payroll who can read a stack trace.
Working With E2M
Is there a minimum contract?
No. AI care plans are month to month like every E2M plan. Move between tiers in either direction as you add or retire products, and cancel any time with no notice period.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. Every agency gets a named AI Adoption Specialist who owns your tickets and knows your builds, plus an Account Manager for commercial questions. We adapt to your tools and communication style, and you won’t have to chase us for updates.
Is our client data secure?
Yes. We work under iron-clad NDAs, your client data is never used to train publicly available AI models, and all deliverables remain yours. Access is limited to the specialists assigned to your account.
How do we get started?
Talk to your Account Manager. They’ll map what we’ve already delivered against the two plans, confirm which one fits, and have coverage live within a few business days. No onboarding fee, no minimum term.
