He has worked across every facet of agency growth, including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership. Brent previously founded UGURUS, a coaching and training platform for digital agencies, which was later acquired and integrated into Cloudways and DigitalOcean.

At E2M, Brent is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and operational excellence. He works closely with the leadership team to build a high-performance, AI-enabled delivery organization that helps agencies scale without added complexity. His focus is on ensuring E2M delivers consistent, world-class white-label services while staying at the forefront of innovation in AI and service delivery.

Manish Dudharejia is the Founder of E2M and brings over 20 years of experience in the technology and digital services industry. He began his career in SEO and gradually shifted toward building and scaling businesses, focusing on long-term strategy and vision. His core strengths lie in seeing the bigger picture, thinking boldly, and bringing people together around a shared mission. Manish is known for motivating teams, influencing leaders, and building ventures that aim to create meaningful impact beyond just financial success.

At E2M, Manish focuses on strategic growth and expansion. His work includes identifying acquisition opportunities, building strong channel partnerships, and continuously exploring new ways to support and grow the global digital agency ecosystem. He is also deeply involved in shaping E2M’s long-term vision and positioning the company as a high-value partner for agencies.

Ronik Patel is a Partner at E2M with a strong background in entrepreneurship, digital services, and technology-led growth. Having lived in the US for over 15 years and spent more than 8 years in the digital agency ecosystem, he brings a broad view of how agencies operate, scale, and stay competitive. His connection to E2M began through the acquisition of UnlimitedWP, the agency he founded to serve digital agencies through white-label WordPress support.

At E2M, Ronik focuses on helping the business grow through AI and strategic expansion. His work is centered on improving how teams use AI internally to deliver services in a faster and more efficient way, while also helping shape E2M’s AI offerings for agency clients. He is also involved in evaluating growth opportunities, including acquisitions.

He believes the best service businesses grow through a healthy mix of people, process, and focus. His leadership style is grounded in clarity, continuous improvement, and building solutions that help others grow with confidence.

Khushbu Doshi is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at E2M and a trusted strategic partner to digital agencies worldwide. With over 7 years at E2M, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operational foundation while leading its evolution toward white label AI-enabled service delivery. Her experience spans global sales, customer success, operations, and AI transformation.

At E2M, Khushbu leads the company’s AI and operational programs, helping agencies transition to AI-first delivery models without compromising client experience or output consistency. She focuses on simplifying complex workflows, building repeatable systems, and ensuring predictable, scalable performance. She also works closely with agency leaders and partners to implement practical AI solutions that drive measurable growth.

A Computer Engineering graduate, Khushbu combines technical depth with strong commercial insight and a people-first leadership approach. She believes sustainable growth comes from clarity, process discipline, and continuous innovation.

Ajay Koshti is the Chief Delivery Officer at E2M, where he leads global delivery operations supporting digital agencies worldwide. With over 15 years of experience in web development and agency fulfillment, Ajay specializes in building scalable delivery systems and managing high-performing teams across platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow, Duda, and GoHighLevel.

At E2M, Ajay oversees cross-functional teams of developers, project managers, designers, and QA engineers responsible for delivering thousands of projects for agency partners. In recent years, he has been driving the adoption of AI in web development, helping teams implement AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, efficiency, and delivery quality across the development lifecycle.

Ajay believes the future of web development lies in combining strong systems with AI-driven execution. His leadership approach focuses on continuous improvement, innovation, and empowering teams to leverage technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more reliable outcomes for agency partners.

Vishal Mahida is the Director of SEO – Sales and Client Services at E2M, with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and agency growth. He has supported more than 200 digital agencies in scaling through white-label SEO services and AI-driven search strategies. His expertise spans technical SEO, AEO, GEO, Local SEO, content marketing, paid media marketing, and strategic agency partnerships.

At E2M, Vishal leads a 40+ member SEO and PPC team supported by a project management team, delivering consistent and measurable results across competitive markets. He focuses on integrating AI-powered search strategies, including LLM optimization and AI Overviews, to help agencies stay ahead of industry shifts. His experience includes managing multi-million-dollar campaigns and contributing insights at global industry events such as BrightonSEO and MavCon Live.
