Brent Weaver is the Chief Executive Officer of E2M and a seasoned entrepreneur, leader, author, and growth strategist with over 20 years of experience in the digital agency industry. He has worked across every facet of agency growth, including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership. Brent previously founded UGURUS, a coaching and training platform for digital agencies, which was later acquired and integrated into Cloudways and DigitalOcean.

At E2M, Brent is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and operational excellence. He works closely with the leadership team to build a high-performance, AI-enabled delivery organization that helps agencies scale without added complexity. His focus is on ensuring E2M delivers consistent, world-class white-label services while staying at the forefront of innovation in AI and service delivery.

Brent is deeply committed to helping agency owners unlock growth, increase freedom, and build more valuable businesses. He leads with curiosity, clarity, and a relentless focus on outcomes that create lasting value for both clients and team members.

Manish Dudharejia is the Founder of E2M and brings over 20 years of experience in the technology and digital services industry. He began his career in SEO and gradually shifted toward building and scaling businesses, focusing on long-term strategy and vision. His core strengths lie in seeing the bigger picture, thinking boldly, and bringing people together around a shared mission. Manish is known for motivating teams, influencing leaders, and building ventures that aim to create meaningful impact beyond just financial success.

At E2M, Manish focuses on strategic growth and expansion. His work includes identifying acquisition opportunities, building strong channel partnerships, and continuously exploring new ways to support and grow the global digital agency ecosystem. He is also deeply involved in shaping E2M’s long-term vision and positioning the company as a high-value partner for agencies.

As a leader, Manish strongly believes in the power of compounding. His philosophy is to think long term while taking decisive action in the present, adapt quickly to change, and pursue bold opportunities with a high conviction, ALL-IN mindset.

Ronik Patel is a Partner at E2M with a strong background in entrepreneurship, digital services, and technology-led growth. Having lived in the US for over 15 years and spent more than 8 years in the digital agency ecosystem, he brings a broad view of how agencies operate, scale, and stay competitive. His connection to E2M began through the acquisition of UnlimitedWP, the agency he founded to serve digital agencies through white-label WordPress support.

At E2M, Ronik focuses on helping the business grow through AI and strategic expansion. His work is centered on improving how teams use AI internally to deliver services in a faster and more efficient way, while also helping shape E2M’s AI offerings for agency clients. He is also involved in evaluating growth opportunities, including acquisitions.

He believes the best service businesses grow through a healthy mix of people, process, and focus. His leadership style is grounded in clarity, continuous improvement, and building solutions that help others grow with confidence.

Khushbu Doshi is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at E2M and a trusted strategic partner to digital agencies worldwide. With over 7 years at E2M, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operational foundation while leading its evolution toward white label AI-enabled service delivery. Her experience spans global sales, customer success, operations, and AI transformation.

At E2M, Khushbu leads the company’s AI and operational programs, helping agencies transition to AI-first delivery models without compromising client experience or output consistency. She focuses on simplifying complex workflows, building repeatable systems, and ensuring predictable, scalable performance. She also works closely with agency leaders and partners to implement practical AI solutions that drive measurable growth.

A Computer Engineering graduate, Khushbu combines technical depth with strong commercial insight and a people-first leadership approach. She believes sustainable growth comes from clarity, process discipline, and continuous innovation.

Ajay Koshti is the Chief Delivery Officer at E2M, where he leads global delivery operations supporting digital agencies worldwide. With over 15 years of experience in web development and agency fulfillment, Ajay specializes in building scalable delivery systems and managing high-performing teams across platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Webflow, Duda, and GoHighLevel.

At E2M, Ajay oversees cross-functional teams of developers, project managers, designers, and QA engineers responsible for delivering thousands of projects for agency partners. In recent years, he has been driving the adoption of AI in web development, helping teams implement AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, efficiency, and delivery quality across the development lifecycle.

Ajay believes the future of web development lies in combining strong systems with AI-driven execution. His leadership approach focuses on continuous improvement, innovation, and empowering teams to leverage technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more reliable outcomes for agency partners.

Vishal Mahida is the Director of SEO – Sales and Client Services at E2M, with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and agency growth. He has supported more than 200 digital agencies in scaling through white-label SEO services and AI-driven search strategies. His expertise spans technical SEO, AEO, GEO, Local SEO, content marketing, paid media marketing, and strategic agency partnerships.

At E2M, Vishal leads a 40+ member SEO and PPC team supported by a project management team, delivering consistent and measurable results across competitive markets. He focuses on integrating AI-powered search strategies, including LLM optimization and AI Overviews, to help agencies stay ahead of industry shifts. His experience includes managing multi-million-dollar campaigns and contributing insights at global industry events such as BrightonSEO and MavCon Live.

Vishal believes sustainable agency growth comes from data-driven decision-making, strong communication, and long-term partnerships built on performance and trust.

Jo Williams is the Chief Marketing Officer at E2M with over 13 years of experience leading revenue-driven marketing strategies for B2B and service-based businesses. She specializes in building scalable marketing engines that create predictable growth by aligning brand, demand generation, positioning, and sales execution.

At E2M, Jo leads the company’s global marketing and growth strategy, focused on expanding into new channels and reaching agency owners who want to scale faster without sacrificing quality, control, or trust. Her role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and revenue, ensuring marketing efforts directly support agency partners and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Jo is intensely data-driven, using insights to validate direction, prioritize what matters, and eliminate noise. She believes real growth comes from clarity, focus, and execution, not from chasing trends or tactics that don’t move the needle.

As a leader, Jo champions simplicity, accountability, and transparency. She challenges conventional thinking, builds systems designed to scale, and measures success by outcomes rather than activity. Her goal is simple: do what works, own the results, and create sustainable growth through consistent, high-impact execution.

Vijay Suthar is the Chief Technology Officer at E2M with over 14 years of experience in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology management. He specializes in designing scalable, secure infrastructure environments and has deep expertise in AWS, infrastructure automation, and modern DevOps practices. His technical background includes infrastructure architecture, network security, cloud computing, and large-scale hosting environments.

At E2M, Vijay leads the company’s technology infrastructure and cloud strategy, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the platforms that power global service delivery. His work supports both internal teams and agency partners by creating stable, high-performance environments that enable consistent service delivery. He also focuses on infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and is actively exploring AI and large language model (LLM) technologies to support the evolution of AI-enabled services.

Vijay believes strong technology systems are the foundation of scalable operations. His leadership approach focuses on reliability, security, automation, and continuous innovation to support E2M’s long-term growth.

Julia Golomb is Head of Agency Events & Communities at E2M, where she leads the strategy and execution of high-impact experiences for digital agency leaders. With over a decade of experience in event marketing and community building, she specializes in creating communities that drive engagement, trust, and long-term growth. Prior to E2M, Julia served as Global Events and Community Manager at Automattic, where she led the global WordPress community and events series, connecting tens of thousands of participants worldwide and scaling programs across diverse markets.

At E2M, Julia owns the vision and delivery of the company’s event and community initiatives, including Vistara, the flagship conference for agency leaders navigating AI and scale. She develops the systems, partnerships, and programming that position E2M at the center of the agency ecosystem, directly influencing pipeline, retention, and brand authority.

Julia believes great communities are built with intention, not volume. She curates focused, high-value gatherings, fosters honest conversation, and runs events where every detail reinforces trust. Her leadership is grounded in clarity, ownership, and a bias toward action.

Kevin has the proud title of being E2M’s first full-time hire in the United States in 2016. He is a multi-skilled professional with 10 years of sales and writing experience, managing both business development efforts and content operations.

As Head of Agency Partnerships, Kevin’s ability to connect with agency owners and help them scale fulfillment processes in web, SEO, content, and AI has been instrumental in building long-term relationships for E2M.  Educated at the University of Iowa Writing Center, Kevin also oversees the development of E2M’s proprietary AI writing tool, helping the content team deliver better results with every piece.  

Kevin’s philosophy as a leader is that innovation stalls in comfort. He constantly pushes his team to think bigger, find new X-factors in their roles, and maintain a student outlook as the business world evolves at a record pace. 

Kevin is a San Diegan hailing from the Midwest. When he’s not staring at a computer screen, you can find Kevin catching waves on a surf break, playing funky riffs on his bass guitar, training in a boxing gym, or seeking out his next favorite whiskey pour.

Kreya Mehta is the HR Manager at E2M with over 6 years of experience in human resources and people operations. She focuses on building people-centric strategies that support both organizational growth and employee development. Her experience includes designing structured HR processes, strengthening employee engagement, and aligning talent management with business objectives. She enjoys working at the intersection of people and operations, where thoughtful HR practices contribute directly to productivity, culture, and long-term success.

At E2M, Kreya leads the HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, employee experience, core HR operations, and performance management. She works closely with leadership to build systems and processes that help teams operate efficiently while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace culture. Her focus is on ensuring that people strategies evolve alongside E2M’s growth and delivery goals.

Kreya believes strong organizations are built on trust, accountability, and shared values, and she is committed to creating an environment where individuals feel empowered to grow and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Priyank Patel is the Delivery Manager at E2M, where he leads delivery operations across multiple digital service lines, helping agency partners achieve consistent, high-quality outcomes. With over 10 years of experience in WordPress development, technical project management, and delivery operations, Priyank specializes in optimizing delivery processes, building scalable operational frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams across WordPress, Wix, WebFlow, and GoHighLevel projects.

At E2M, Priyank works closely with project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams to drive operational excellence, improve estimation accuracy, standardize delivery practices, and ensure projects are executed efficiently from planning through launch. He also focuses on mentoring teams and strengthening delivery capabilities to enhance productivity, consistency, and overall delivery quality.

Priyank believes exceptional delivery is built on strong processes, continuous learning, and collaborative leadership. His approach centers on empowering teams, embracing innovation, and leveraging technology to deliver scalable, reliable, and value-driven solutions that help agency partners grow.

Prapti has been designing and developing websites professionally for over six years. She credits her childhood love of drawing and painting with inspiring her to enter the design world. She specializes in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and Shopify web development. She loves exploring new trends and technologies to create beautiful, highly functional, and cutting-edge websites.

At E2M, Prapti manages web development projects from conceptualization to deliverable solutions. She manages the development team and is responsible for speaking with clients and understanding their website-related requirements.

When not working, Prapti loves exploring new restaurants, watching movies, and traveling. On weekends, you will find her exploring the city’s major food outlets, on the hunt for something new and delicious.

Killol Joshi is a Quality Assurance leader at E2M with over 11 years of experience in software testing and quality management. Since 2015, he has worked extensively on websites and web-based applications, bringing deep expertise in both manual and automation testing. His experience includes modern testing frameworks and tools such as Playwright and testRigor, along with a strong focus on building practical testing approaches that improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy across complex digital projects.

At E2M, Killol leads the QA function and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting high standards of quality. He focuses on streamlining testing processes, introducing automation, and exploring AI-assisted testing practices that improve consistency and reliability across projects.
