Do you support ACH?
Absolutely, you can pay by ACH. Just reach out to info@e2msolutions.com and let us know. You can also sign up for your first month using a credit card, and then switch to ACH or wire with help from your Account Manager.
Can I set up automatic payment?
Definitely. Just clarify with your account manager that you’d like to set up autopay and we’ll bill your account on the 1st of every month. Otherwise, your Account Manager will confirm with you before each charge.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your full card details on our servers.
What’s included in my plan hours?
Your hours cover all project work, such as design, development, revisions, communication, and quality assurance. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours don’t roll over month to month. But if your workload shifts, you can scale your plan down and still keep the hours you didn’t use. Your Account Manager will make sure you’re getting the most out of your hours and that your plan fits your actual needs.
What happens if I run out of hours in the middle of the month?
Not a problem. Simply let your account manager know you’d like to re-up on hours with an early renewal.
Commitment & Flexibility
When does my plan start?
Your plan activates immediately after checkout. You’ll receive an onboarding email within a few hours, and we can typically begin work within 24-48 hours.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your plan at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for any unused hours.
What if I need to pause my plan?
Not a problem. Let your account manager know you’d like to pause, and we’ll hold your plan. When your pipeline fills back up, you can resume without penalty.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your plan at any time. Just let your account manager know what you need, and we’ll make the change effective on your next billing cycle.

How quickly can we get started?
Most agencies submit their first project within 24-48 hours of signing up. We’ll schedule an onboarding call to learn your preferences, set up tool access, and align on communication.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Just your preferred project management tools, communication preferences, and any brand guidelines or standards you’d like us to follow. We’ll handle the rest.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. You’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager and project manager who will know your agency, your clients, and your standards.

Will you sign an NDA?
NDAs come standard with every partnership. All project details, client information, and deliverables remain confidential.
Do I own all the work you produce?
100%. Every file, design, and line of code we produce belongs to you. No hidden clauses, no licensing fees. We’ll get your explicit approval before using any 3rd party tools that require licensing fees or subscriptions. In most cases, you will contract directly with those third parties so that there are no issues with E2M dependencies after launch.
Will my clients know I’m using a white label team?
Never. We work as your invisible backend white label team. We never contact your clients directly, and all deliverables are branded as your agency’s work.
