1. How long have you been providing white label services?
White label service is our primary business model. We have been providing white label agency services for the last 11 years.
2. How does pricing work for your white label services?
We have 4 flexible monthly pricing plans to choose from. Our white label services start at $699/Month.
3. How does the white label process work?
You will be assigned a single point of contact who will be a technical project manager. You will be assigning all of your tasks (including changes, design, development, maintenance tasks) to your assigned point of contact and you will get updates on a daily basis.
4. How big is your team?
We’ve got a team of 200+ people including UI/UX Designers, front end developers, backend developers, WordPress experts, Shopify Experts, BigCommerce Experts, PHP Experts, technical leads, project managers, QA analysts, server administrators, SEO experts, copywriters, and content writers.
5. Will you ever contact my client directly?
We will NEVER contact your client unless you want us to. If we do on your behalf, the communication will be white labeled.
6. Is my client’s information secure, confidential, and safe?
Yes. Our infrastructure is highly secure and operated under Cyberoam. All the information you share will be highly confidential and safe. We also sign an NDA before we start.
7. How will communication and project management work?
A dedicated project manager/account manager will be assigned to you. We’ll use a project collaboration tool of your choice to keep you in the loop about the progress in projects/tasks assigned to our team. Our team has experience using several different types of project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday, Teamwork, Clickup, and Basecamp.
8. What are your working hours?
All of our white label website design & development tasks are carried out from 10 AM to 8 PM IST. Alternatively, teams are flexible to adjust a few hours based on your time zone.
9. Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA. As a white label agency, We are completely invisible to your clients and we leave no trace in the code – it’s a true white label experience.
10. Do you help us in the project discovery phase, requirement gathering, and putting together a quote?
Yes. Our pre-sales team can help you with requirement discovery. Once we have the complete requirement from your end, we will help you put together a white label proposal.
11. Can your team work in our project management environment?
Yes. Our team can work in your project management environment. You can create an alias for our team, and we’ll use the alias in case your clients are also a part of the project management system.
12. Who will I communicate with?
A dedicated technical project manager will be assigned to you as the single point of contact for all of your projects/tasks.
13. Can your team take care of the client’s communication on our behalf?
Yes. Our team can coordinate with your client if you want us to. In such cases, we recommend that you create an email address for our project manager with your domain name. E.g. [email protected]. This will ensure the communication will be white label.
14. How do we get started?
Sign-up for a plan online in 3 simple steps and our Customer Service team will reach out to you to schedule a kickoff onboarding call.
15. How do I pay for the white label agency services?
You can pay with credit/debit Card, ACH, check, and TransferWise.
16. Are you guys flexible to work with in terms of partial website projects?
Yes. If you have the designs ready, we can take it from there – complete the development and launch the website. If you want us to take care of the entire website design and development project, we can do that too.
17. What is the typical turnaround time for a project?
Our turnaround is extremely fast. You will hear back from our team in less than 24 hours as soon as you assign any task/project. After checking the task/project, our team will get back to you with a timeline depending on the complexity of the task/project.
18. Do you need a staging server to build sites?
We have our own staging server setup on AWS. We are flexible to work on yours/our staging server depending on your needs.
19. Can I show your work as a reference to my client?
We are bound by contract, so you cannot showcase our work to your clients as a reference. You can share it offline with them if needed.
20. Do you provide support for bug fixes for the websites developed by someone else?
Yes.
21. How many agencies do you currently work with?
We currently work with 250+ agencies across the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, and Australia providing white label digital services.
22. Can I speak to any references before we start our association?
Yes. We’ll be happy to share a few references with you. Let us know.
23. Do I get a referral bonus if I refer your agency to someone and they move forward with your white label services?
Yes, absolutely! We love agencies who love working with us and refer us to others.
24. Can I assign one-off Projects under Advanced plan and cancel the plan once the project is completed?
No, these plans are not designed for just One-off Projects. We have a different Pricing model which is Fixed Cost Model for One-off Projects. You can discuss it with our Sales team.
